Metallico Fiberglass
Polyester filling putty, reinforced with the fiberglass. It has very high hardness and good elasticity Recommended for patching of holes, filling of big damages and reinforcing the weakened car body elements.
Two components polyester filler paste, reinforced with fibreglass to give the product high mechanical properties and great hardness. Elastic, resistant and extremely adhesive, this product can be used for various applications in car refinishing, Shipyards and do it yourself branches. Thanks to the network formed by fiberglass of different lenghts it enable to repair very deteriorated and even perforated parts. Metallico fiberglass actually rebuilts bumpers, fenders, battery housings and car floorings guaranteeing an exceptional and lasting job. Its flat allows a total use of compound without any waste remained at the bottom.
Principal properties
Metallico fiberglass is ideal for use as the sole binder
in overbaking-resistant fillers. They retain their high
hardness and adhesion at temperatures up to
170°C. In car body fillers, Metallico fiberglass is
applied as the flexible component in blends for soft
sanding .

Processing
Clean and degrease the surface with Metallico fiberglass
- Add the hardener for M.A.M fiberglass according to room temperature and required pot life.
- From 5C to 10C add 3 - 3,5% hardener ( pot life 8 - 12 min)
- From 10C to 20C add 2 - 2,5% hardener ( pot life 8 - 10 min)
- From 20C to 30C add 1 - 1,5% hardener ( pot life 5 - 10 min)
- Apply with a knife taking care to spread the stopper as required. Pot life 4 - 6 min at 20C
- Can be sanded after 20 - 25 min at 20C - 30C
- Dry sanding
- Heat resistance up to 80C
